Well, you shouldn’t keep it for too long (they state about 30 minutes) because it cuts the blood flow and it could be dangerous. I have never heard of problems with older men, but I am not a specialist!

USe elastic rubber rings and not metallic ones. In case it becomes too tight , you should be able take it out or cut it. U cant do with metallic rings and can be a disaster
